Health & Welfare Policy

  • Your dog's health and wellbeing is my top priority
  • Please inform me of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or sensitivities
  • If unwell or showing symptoms, your appointment may need rescheduling
  • I reserve the right to stop or reschedule a groom for welfare concerns

Vaccination Policy

  • Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations
  • Kennel Cough vaccination is required where applicable
  • I may refuse or reschedule appointments if vaccination status is not confirmed

Dogs in Season (Heat)

  • Please inform me if your dog is in season before the appointment
  • I reserve the right to reschedule to maintain a calm environment
  • If not disclosed in advance, a fee may apply

Late Arrival Policy

  • If you are 20 minutes late or more, your appointment will be cancelled
  • A charge of 30% of the groom price will still apply
  • This applies per dog booked

Missed Appointments Policy

  • No-shows will be charged accordingly
  • If you miss two or more appointments, you will no longer be retained on the client list

Rescheduling & Charges

  • Appointments may be rescheduled due to health, behaviour, or welfare concerns
  • Partial or full payment may be required depending on time spent
  • Repeated issues may require pre-payment for future bookings

  • Cash or secure payment link accepted
  • Pre-payments available prior to appointment
  • All payments via Monzo Business for your security
  • Receipts available upon request

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • At least 24 hours notice required for cancellations
  • Less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee
  • No-shows may be charged the full groom cost
  • Repeated issues may require pre-payment at booking
