We're open Tuesday to Thursday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

Groom times vary depending on your dog's breed, size, and coat condition. On average, appointments last 1.5 to 3 hours. We'll always let you know when your dog will be ready for collection.

We find dogs settle much better once their owner has left, so we usually ask you to drop your dog off and return when the groom is finished. This helps create a calm, focused environment for your dog.

We recommend booking a puppy introduction groom once your puppy is fully vaccinated — usually around 12–14 weeks old. It's a gentle, positive first experience that helps them get used to the grooming process.

We accept cash payments at the salon or a secure payment link can be sent directly to your phone or email once your appointment is confirmed. This provides a quick, easy, and contactless way to pay.
